Glenn Cato joined CFO in 2000 after establishing a professional career spanning more than 30 years of successful management experience. During the last 20 years, he has held three top “C” level positions, having served as a CEO, COO and CFO in publicly traded companies.  Glenn has substantial experience in strategic planning, capital planning, IPO, SEC, corporate fund raising (both public and private debt and equity), turnaround experience, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuations.
 
Glenn has served as fractional CFO or interim CFO for a number of CFO clients ranging from a start up phase to companies with more than $100M in revenue. Glenn leads CFO’s merger and acquisition and business valuation practice and serves clients as business advisor and member of the board of directors.  
 
Glenn has a BBA Accounting (minor Economics), 1975, Baylor University
He is a Certified Public Accountant, 1980 (Texas).
