Wayne Millsap has over 25 years of financial and general management experience.  He is the Managing Partner and Founder of CFO Advisory Services.   Wayne has substantial expertise in strategic planning, capital formation through venture capital and debt financing and corporate governance.
 
Wayne has helped entrepreneurs launch new businesses, developed growth strategies for established businesses, and worked through reorganizations and restructuring.

He has served as the CFO for early stage companies in the software, telecom, and medical device sectors. Previous experience also includes CFO of a real estate development management and leasing company; consulting and audit areas of public accounting; Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Partner in a regional accounting and consulting firm. 
 
Mr. Millsap earned B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
