Corporate governance is the system by which businesses are directed and controlled. The corporate governance structure specifies the relationships, rights and responsibilities of management, the board, and shareholders. We have served in the role of Corporate Director and have worked with client companies to develop effective board reporting, delegations of authority and board committees. We can and have served as Corporate Secretary, assisting with investor and shareholder communication, and with legal counsel to maintain corporate records.  Return
